By accessing or placing an order on dollarprints.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Use of Our Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit designs that infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

4. Production & Shipping

Made-to-Order

All Dollar Prints products are custom-printed on demand using DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Dollar Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality. Please review our full After-Sales Policy for details on:

• Free reprints or refunds for defective or incorrect items
• Claims for shipping damage
• Timeframes for reporting issues (within 15 days of delivery)

6. Intellectual Property

Your Designs

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use it. You grant Dollar Prints a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your design solely to fulfill your order. You retain ownership of your original designs.

Our Content

All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, product photography, text, and software — is the property of Dollar Prints or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Minor color variations between your screen preview and the printed product are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect. We recommend using our color guidelines when preparing your design files.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dollar Prints and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our products or services
• Any errors or omissions in content on the Site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
