To ensure efficient delivery across Canada, dollarprints.com operates two strategic fulfillment and production facilities—one in the East and one in the West. Depending on your location and item availability, your order will be produced and dispatched from the hub best suited to optimize the delivery process.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We provide shipping services to most provinces across Canada. However, due to logistical constraints, we do not offer shipping to the following regions at this time:

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We use Standard Shipping as our default delivery method for all orders.

Estimated Shipping Time: 3 to 9 business days.

Total Estimated Time: Please note that every item is "Made-to-Order." The total time to receive your package consists of Production Time (typically 1–3 business days) + Shipping Time (3–9 business days).

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are not included in the product price.

Real-Time Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific shipping address, the weight of the items, and the package dimensions.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been produced and scanned by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
