Personalized & Custom Products

At dollarprints.com, we specialize in "made-to-order" personalized products. Because each item is uniquely crafted based on your custom designs, all custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or resold.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or customer errors.

Cancellations & Modifications

We offer a limited window for changes to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Within 1–2 hours: If you realize you uploaded the wrong image or made a mistake, please contact us at support@dollarprints.com immediately. We can assist with order cancellation and a full refund during this window.
  • After 24 hours: Once the production plan is confirmed (typically within 24 hours of payment), the order enters the manufacturing process. At this stage, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are no longer possible.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. While we do not require you to ship items back, we will offer a refund or a replacement if:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The item is defective, damaged, or has severe printing issues.
  • Wrong Item Received: You received a different product or design than what you ordered.
  • Sizing Errors (Label Mismatch): We provide detailed size charts on every product page. If the size label on the garment you received does not match your order (e.g., you ordered a size M, but received a size L), please let us know.
Note: We cannot offer refunds if the size label matches your order but the garment does not fit due to a customer's failure to check the size chart.

How to Request a Resolution

To start a claim, please contact us at support@dollarprints.com within 30 days of receiving your item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number so we can locate your purchase

A brief description of the problem you experienced

Clear photos of the defective area or the incorrect size label

Resolution
We'll negotiate a fair resolution — full refund, partial refund, or free replacement
Since custom items cannot be resold, you do not need to return the original item to us.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Please be advised that under EU law, the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

However, we still honor our quality guarantee for all EU customers if the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
